I am a Real Estate salesperson living in the sunny Western Bay of Plenty. Previous to entering the property market in 1989 I was part of my family construction company – Goodwin Homes, I have worked in various occupations around the world, and have owned and operated my own orchard growing Kiwifruit, Limes, and various other fruit. I believe my past experience in various areas related to property sales gives me the knowledge to give well-informed and meaningful advice and services to my clients. I am a father to two children – Hamish and Tamara who have both completed their university studies. All three of us share a strong interest in Aviation and I partake in flying and flying related activities and competitions.

I particularly specialise in horticulture, rural, lifestyle/rural-residential, waterfront and rural-bareland properties. My key principle is integrity at ALL times – this means no messing clients around, no unethical tactics, and being a respected and trustworthy consultant using my knowledge and experience to take the guess work out of marketing and purchasing property, and make it a personally enjoyable and memorable experience.
